What is GeoMaestros?
GeoMaestros gets AI to talk about you. When travellers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI or other assistants for recommendations, we measure whether your property shows up, we fix the sources those engines read, then we re-test to measure the result.
Create Your Account
- Visit your portal
- Click "Create account"
- Sign up with your email or use Google/Microsoft SSO
- Choose your subscription plan (7-day free trial on Starter, card required)
Create Your First Workspace
After signing up, you'll be guided through creating your workspace:
- Enter Workspace Name: Use your hotel/brand name (e.g., "Grand Hotel Geneva")
- Select Your Industry: Choose "Hotels" or "Destinations"
- Click "Create Workspace"
Tip: A workspace is your dedicated environment for tracking. You can have multiple workspaces to track different brands or properties.
Add Your First Property
The onboarding wizard will guide you to add your first property:
Required Fields
- Property Name: Your hotel or destination name
- Website: Your property's website URL
Optional Fields
- • Address: Full street address
- • City: e.g., "Geneva"
- • Country: e.g., "Switzerland"
Tip: You can click "Use Sample Data" to test with demo data first.
Create Your First Prompt
A prompt is what travelers type into AI platforms when looking for recommendations. Examples:
- "Best hotels in Geneva for business travelers"
- "Romantic hotels near Lake Geneva"
- "Where should I stay in Geneva?"
To create a prompt:
- Enter your search prompt in the text field
- Select the Search Location (where the search originates)
- Select the Search Language (interface language)
- Click "Create Prompt"
Pro Tip: Think like a traveler - use natural language questions that potential guests might ask AI assistants.
Run Your First Tracking
Click "Start Tracking" to begin. Here's what happens:
We query 6 AI platforms
AI Overview, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini
AI generates responses
Each platform creates travel recommendations
We analyze mentions
We check if your property appears, where it ranks, and the sentiment
Tracking typically takes 30-60 seconds per prompt.
View Your Results
After tracking completes, you'll see:

- Platform Breakdown: Performance across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI, etc.
- Share of Voice: Your ranking vs competitors for each prompt
