The challenge: MyProvence (the tourism board for Provence, France) had no visibility into how AI platforms like ChatGPT and Claude were representing their destination. They were being outperformed by competitors on AI-generated travel recommendations.
The approach: Using GeoTravel.ai, we tracked 44 prompts across 6 AI platforms, identified visibility gaps, and discovered that AI models were citing outdated Reddit threads from 2022 as their primary source for Provence travel information.
The action: We used the Conversation Opportunities feature to identify 5 high-impact Reddit threads. For each, the platform generated psychographically-matched replies designed to resonate with the original poster's personality profile. MyProvence posted these replies.
